2026 Seahawks Depth Chart and Roster Moves

I'm finding it a tad curious that we haven't heard any official news on the UDFA acquisitions so far.

Perhaps there is something significant cooking in the background that has the team's focus or they will just wait until rookie minicamp to announce this guys, or we will hear today or tomorrow. Any thoughts as this seems somewhat inconsistent with prior seasons?

I find myself checking, and checking, etc., etc. without any result.

I don’t think they will announce until they have signed deals and that may not happen for awhile.

Agree but still believe this year is different from what we’ve seen in the past. usuall by now the team has announced who the UDFA class is and even who is being brought in for a look.

Suspect I just need to be patient.

The Seahawks now have 83 players on the roster, not including undrafted rookie free agents who will sign ahead of rookie minicamp this week.

As you might have noticed above at post 115 (see top right of each post for the number) there are 7 supposedly signed and quite few more for tryouts. All we have so far are media reports which historically can be inaccurate, team or the player changes their mind. None of the reported players are apparently signed but may have agreed to sign with the team, or to come for a tryout. The team has yet to announce the official UDFA signings. This is a departure from what they have done in the past. I suspect the team will rectify this soon but the variation from the past is curious. Certainty is always welcomed.

Last several years, they haven't released UDFAs until the morning of the first rookie camp. Heck, I don't even think anyone know when that is!

I’d think so my friend.

I have a different recollection about the announcement of the UDFAs signed than ‘storian believing with larger classes we heard about them earlier than he advises, and it was usually earlier in the week before minicamp and not after they reported. The advice from the team about the invitees to minicamp always came late and there was often a no show.

I guess I’m just impatient to know this info.

Wondering as well about any potential edge signing too.
