I understand the difference. I am not sure you can help yourself from not replying though, apparently. Look, I don't care that you created another thread on it, even though it is somewhat redundant. I have no problem discussing things in multiple threads. I just thought it was odd that you expected it "to be easy" and that people wouldn't just rehash the stuff from the other thread. You would think as a mod you would be more aware of the likelihood of that happening, considering all the work you do to keep these boards cleaned up and free of double posts.



It certainly was an effort, just not a very effective one.

Riq makes some nice plays other times he trips and blows coverage. He gets PDs. What's that worth? Before we act all moral let's remember that talent trumps right acting. The handshake w mcvay was awkward and yet symbolic. Shape him coach. The best CBs are fierce competitors. We can't take that from him.

I wouldn't make that assumption. Mac benched Woolen last season for his sloppy tackling and/or lack of effort.

One of the top CBs in yards per route run, and graded out quite high in run defense as well. He's definitely stepped it up this year after a bad start.

Riq isn't smart about things, Sherman was, Sherm would taunt all day, he would direct it without showing them up most the time. He mastered the media setting up guys and then closing the circle. He also was focused and consistent all game.

Riq, he lets people get in his head, then tries to retaliate in some way, if he wins he showboats it, this was the case when he got the penalty, you don't taunt the whole sideline and walk back and forth doing so. Ref was generous. Riq and idiot for how he did it. Love his talent when he is tuned in, but like an AM radio he loses his signal once in a while and it is what frustrates the staff as well as the fans.

I still love the talent but I also get that it's unlikely he'll be back. Someone is paying him a lot more than John would.
