I agree with this, but wouldn’t really consider lynch a part of the looming legacy of the prior regime (and not saying you said he was, but Lynch is included in a list in a post a few above yours.)

I see him as more of an enduring symbol of what this team should always strive for. Not just a freak athlete, but a genuine football player. I would put Kam in the same bucket.

1000% I would feel the same if it was Russell stepping on Sam's first playoff game shine. QB & HC are the only two positions I feel deserve that respect.

I wonder who the players would like to see raise it? (or not raise it). I look at it as kind of a 'changing of the guard' thing - a new great Seahawks era is dawning. So I would go with Marshawn and Richard Sherman.
