Nick Bosa. Torn ACL and out for the year… strength and conditioning department here? There is no explanation how this franchise takes the number of injuries at this rate almost annually now.
They drafted a bunch of pussies. Rub a little dirt on it and get back in the game. John Riggins played 3 quarters on a broken leg back in the 80’s. They just don’t make em like they used to

Huh??? You started and played all your starters and still needed a lucky tap fumble at the goalie to beat us in the biggest fluke in history dude. You started Kittle, McCaffrey, Trent Williams, Purdy, Bosa, Warner am I missing anyone?
Sure against the Seahawks . But the last two games has been a lot of back ups and they have Played well

Yeah that sucks. Hate to see it to a great player like Bosa but he’s a lot like his brother they might have genetically bad ligaments

Against two of the worst teams in the league? Really dude? Your season is over your entire defense was Nick Bosa and now he’s done. Go cry about it

The Niners were a bit lucky this season, absolutely.

But they were also quite a bit unlucky last year as well (and lost many of those games), and this year are winning in spite of a bunch of unlucky injuries as well.

Resilience and winning when you should've lost games? Reminds me a lot of the post Lynch Seahawks a bit....2016-2018....anyone remember that Dolphins home opener in 2016? I do.....Dolphins really should've won that game.

I don't think there are reasonable Niner fans that think the team is a juggernaut at the moment, but they're liking the energy and cohesion so far. A step in the right direction. Last year's energy was definitely off because of the Super Bowl hangover, the Brandon Aiyuk contract situation, Deebo Samuel miscontent, and then the eventual injuries. Now the team is much better focused.

Last two weeks, the Seahawks look a lot better than people expected....beat Steelers on the road and wipe out the Saints.

The irony though, and listen carefully Hawk fans.....the Niners outplayed the Seahawks more than they did Arizona and probably the Saints as well. Probably put that on Brock Purdy vs Mac Jones, but still.
The real Seahawks didn’t show up for that game

Unsustainable . They’re the worst 3-0 team in league history. Reminds me of when the LOB broke up and they struggled. They even copied Pete Carroll’s leather helmet era 4-3. Their fan base under 50 acting like they won the Super Bowl after week 3 is rich lol

I mean if your team isn't good and you're winning, that really isn't lucky...because it'll rear it's ugly head in the playoffs and then all you ended up with was worse draft positioning (and we saw the same thing when Seahawks teams as you mentioned earlier too). You can luck your way to a few wins here and there, but in the playoffs the teams eventually get exposed for what they are.

I don't think their fanbase is beating their chest with the 3-0 start. Especially with the Bosa injury. Now regarding their injuries...yeah I don't think it's luck.

The amount of injuries that team keeps getting one really has to question the training staff and coaching. Lack of emphasis on rest, recovery, mobility. Maybe even some subtle things like proper ways to fall to reduce shock/impact. Staying on your toes so if taking a hit from the side you have just a little more of a chance to rotate with the hit or perhaps go up in the air vs if your foot is dug completely into the ground now your knee is going sideways.

They’re 2-0 with their backup QB…I think they probably feel just fine where they’re currently at. If we were 2-0 with Lock I’d be thrilled. I despise the Niners but yeah…I’m sure they feel pretty happy to be where they are currently. You play the schedule you’re given, regardless

Mac Jones is a good quarterback has had a winning season and has won a playoff game. It isn’t a stretch to say that they are very similar in skill set. Besides, their system is plug and play. Purdy is about as mediocre as mediocre gets but so is Jones. But now without Bosa, who is literally their entire pass rush, they will struggle to get 8 wins even with the easiest schedule.

Hey! I wasn't fudge packed by a niner fan . I can assure you that .

Good day Sir
The irony is that you haven’t packed anyone’s fudge either. You’re winning sure, but by the skin of your teeth. Now go celebrate your week 3 playoff birth

Jeeez folks.

I’ve been a Hawks fan since 8 years old…52 now.

Don’t hate me…I don’t actually hate the Niners. Most of their players…yes. The city…yes. Most of their fans. Their team colors for sure. Montana and Rice… Craig…I remember some good football through them. I do hate the state. The weather. The ladyboys. The gang violence and pure disregard to other forms of life.

They have a great coach. Personally. I don’t feel like they are our rivals.

Now the Lambs on the other hand, fck those mufckers.McVay with a whole damn leprechaun in his pocket. At Lumen…watching the game saying ‘who daphuck is Puca Nucua?’ Marshall Faulk who had a 14 year old little prebuscent body running for 200 gotdamn yards.Endug

Purdy is mediocre in your eyes, yet Geno Smith for all his 400 yard games just can't be a franchise guy. Couldn't hack it in Seattle. Let's see what happens with Darnold, another first round Jets masterpiece.

Purdy is a better QB.

Yeah maybe if Purdy was drafted to the Jets and those guys went to the Niners instead, maybe they'd be better. That's possible.

At the same time, that's not how the game goes.

If Russell Wilson was drafted by 29-30 other teams, he'd never have amounted to anything. You think Kaepernick was lucky, Wilson was luckier.

Purdy is a better QB.
Purdy is a better QB than what? Maybe half the other QBs in the league, which lands him as mediocre.
That's no slight. But it is not an endorsement for high level achievement either unless he is surrounded by high caliber support on both sides of the ball. Does he have that? Can the Niners afford to get it for him?
We'll see how this season ends up. My guess is similar to the last one.
