Well, if Ms play .390 and Asterisks play .345 the rest of the way, we'll have won the AL West!

(Course, the Rangers could then try to take advantage.)

Poor Geno. Even if he does get on base, he's followed by Naylor (.179 in his last seven), Garver, and Polanco.

Automatic stranding.

Uh boy. Seems like we've been chasing leads this entire road trip.

Two on, one out.

Let's hope Cal can bat them in before Julio has a chance to strand them.

Alright. Bases loaded. Less than two out. Me begging for one run.

If I had to say right after the trade deadline what my two biggest immediate worries were for the team down the stretch it would have been...

--That we didn't get another quality reliever
--That I didn't have enough trust in Dan Wilson as our manager

Another tough one. At least they make a late attempt to make it respectable.

Miller in his first start back. Can't ask a lot. So-so, but he made 85 pitches and only 4 runs given up.

Ugly road trip to be sure.

JP and Geno both double off of the top area of one of the highest sections of outfield wall in the league. 6 feet to the right and they're in the trees.

Can someone explain to me in plain English why Cal is batting 2nd in the order, with the 9th hitter and leadoff hitter in front him as you work through the order? You want high OBP guys batting in front of your all-star RBI guy, don't you?

There are things that DW does that I just don't get.
