Tampa with yet another goofball starter who for some strange reason isn't good enough to pitch from any type of windup with nobody on base. Go be a reliever.

What a loooooong first inning this has been for Houser, and there are still no outs. Maybe Cal can hit HR #46 before it's over!

I've noticed this since he came to Seattle and said that is
his best quality (last season)
I'm shocked he doesn't hit better because he obviously knows
what's not in the strike zone.
I mean, it's about ALL he can do well, but he does do that pretty reliably.

M's playing like the old M's. There's no way their starter should still be on the mound & only down a run. Woo's streak of 6 inning starts is in serious jeopardy today, especially due to pitch counts, he hasn't been fooling hitters.

Yeah, was a bit surprised by that. I wouldn't have bet back then that he'd make it through five like he has. It would have had to be a big payoff for me to make that one.
