These 2 game series things are so confusing 
And to think, people didn't want Polanco back on the M's this year

Its too bad he doesn't qualify for average.. dude would be top 10 in almost every stat at this point

Did you want him back after the season he had last year?
He had a .213 BA, a .296 OBP, and a .650 OPS. He was also the worst defensive 2B in MLB. He was awful.
So yep. Guilty as charged. I didn't want him back, and I sure as hell didn't want him playing 3B (and thank god that didn't last long because he was terrible at 3B those few games he played there).
That said, credit where credit is due. Polanco has been flat out amazing at the plate this season. The guy is on fire. It's been awesome to see. DH? Hell yes. In the field? Hell no.

Just got home from the game tonight. Polanco is seeing beach balls right now. 2 bombs tonight and almost 3. Unreal how well he's doing right now. Really fun to watch. Go Ms!
I didn't say that I did, but when healthy he's a hell of a hitter.

Ironically, he's not healthy this year either. That's why he's only hitting from the left side of the plate, and why he's not playing on defense.
Hoping he just stays at DH. That's one hell of a DH.

To me it's clear, his knee is not able to hold up out there so keep
him at DH.
He should have just DHd last season as well.
Remember today what the late Ron Fairley told us:
If you score more than the other team.......you're gonna' win the game.
If you score more than the other team.......you're gonna' win the game.
Even at 2, good game so far.
Damn. Raley out a minimum of 6 weeks. Hurt himself taking BP. It was bad, they showed the video of the swing, and he just went down to the ground. Not even May 1st and the injuries are really starting to pile up.
Bad enough we haven't had Kirby. Logan is probably out a month (assuming they'll be safe with him), already lost Robles and Bliss. And now we lose Raley. I suspect the "this team is cursed" stuff will come out soon. And, damn, sure feels like it sometimes.
For the record, I don't believe in curses, but these injuries are getting ridiculous.
