Red zone efficiency has been shit since RW left. Russ overcame a lot of our latter year weaknesses but JS inability to build a competent OL has been apparent the most in the RZ

A new coach with any potential would not have the team look like dogshit the whole year. If they look bad for this long, they usually never make it. Shannahan and McVay may have not been going to the playoffs but their teams played hard and smart most of the time. Our defense looks bad and the offense is dog crap.
