I have no idea how well he would do. But we need this information to make the correct decisions next off season.
I do think that having Geno around after this year at his salary cap number (current or extended) is a sign to fans that the team is okay with continued mediocrity.
I strongly disagree with those that say he is a fringe top 10 QB (Let's see - Lamar Jackson, Mahomes, Josh Allen, Cousins, Burrows, Herbert, Stroud, Goff, Prescott, Purdy, Jaydin Daniels, Stafford, Carr - That's 13 and then maybe add Rodgers, Tua, Hurts, Kyler, Trevor Lawrence, Caleb Williams. Hell even Darnold with the Vikings . . . 11 TDs 4 Ints. That's 20 QBs that could have come in and done equal or better than Geno with the exact same roster we have. (Not listed: Baker Mayfield: 11 TDs 2 Ints - Justin Fields: 5 TDs 1 Int)
