Can’t argue
I thought grubb did well. Tried to help his o line out with the play calling. Not his fault our receivers dropped a lot of catchable passes today. Only gripe is I wanted to see more McIntosh when charbonnet wasnt always being effectiveI could argue Geno deserved it way more. Grubb's run play calling was super vanilla. Maybe he doesn't trust the oline enough yet? or maybe it was Mike's orders? Either way, every game is a huge learning situation for Grubb and he will continue to get better which is why it is so cool to be 2-0
Yeah, if I am Geno I’m like “WTF ?”I could argue Geno deserved it way more. Grubb's run play calling was super vanilla. Maybe he doesn't trust the oline enough yet? or maybe it was Mike's orders? Hell, in New England he didn't even wait until half time to start adjusting the game plan. He was testing what was working and adjusting to that from the get-go.Well deserved for Grubbs. I like that instead of watching the same old mistakes for 4 full quarters, Grubbs finds a way to fix the issues on the field. Last several seasons, we'd still be beating our heads throughout the whole game wondering why issues were not being fixed. Grubbs still needs NFL experience and this team still needs time to gel, but he's doing a hell of a lot better than several coaches from our past.
Our O-line isn't perfect, but I'm becoming a huge Grubbs fan!Hell, in New England he didn't even wait until half time to start adjusting the game plan. He was testing what was working and adjusting to that from the get-go.
