You guys are all commenting on what our record will be after 4 games, but what will the score be after the 1st quarter of the 5th game?

AROS specifically said the first 1/4 of the season, not the first 47/200.
His poll question asked what would record be after week 4 and that is what we are commenting on as the question is clear.

There are a lot of ways to decide when the first quarter of the season ends. For example the regualar season starts on the 5th Sep and end on the 5th Jan, therefore the regular season will be 25% through in the early hours of 6th October so at that point will have played 4 games. Changing the start of the season to the start of the seahawks first regular game, would mean we should include the Giants game, if the "season" includes the post season we sohuld include week 6 as well, unless we are including pre season..........

In a lofty place tanglin' with Satan over history.

Shame on you for falling into the tar pit surrounded by quicksand that you had to traverse a field of landmines and scale a barbed wire electric fence to get to, better known as a "fenderbender123 reply". 😂

I voted 3–1, but I could see us going 4-0. I’d bet $100 we’ll be 2-0 after 2. I’m intrigued to see how our defense holds up against Miami. Detroit will be another interesting match. Our O can beat both of those defenses, if the O-Line has improved. We haven’t seen much of the starting line this preseason. Cross/Fant have both played five snaps. The opening series against Cleveland…need to go back and watch that. We still know next to nothing about Lucas, unfortunately. The competition after starters is a little better than I thought it would be, but still not quite what I hoped. If needed, Forsyth can play, but it’s a drop off.

Diggin' the general temperature of 3-1. I would be thrilled with 3-1. This team has the talent, roster and now the coaching and scheme to take us to the next level. I think we will be the "surprise" team this year although I'm not sure we really would deserve that notion. We were 9-8 last year with a terrible defense and injured OL.

It's why I don't at all find 11-6, 12-5 a stretch. You can tell the players are fully bought in and thriving.

Agree.

IN ADDITION...early signs show the starters have adapted to both new O & D schemes. Just watched the 1st series for both and they look good. Oline kept the pocket clean. The one play Geno had pressure, it was a blitzing LB that Mcintosh missed, but it almost looked like design because he ran 3 yds and turned and Geno had the ball in his hands a split second later. Really heady move by Geno...he handled it great. Oline moved the D Line away from 1 pass and formed perfect pockets on the others. JSN/DK both had exceptional series.

DLine was giving Cleveland all they could handle. The 1st play from scrimmage was an incomplete they praised Spoon for...but Dodson made Winston throw behind the WR. Dodson had a GREAT series. Coverage was exceptional when Winston broke the pocket. Nowhere to throw.

For our starters and the majority of #2's that filled in, I saw nothing in PS to get anxious about. We appear to be in a very good place right now.
