Although it was against the Chiefs 2s, this weeknd's game made me feel much better about this team. And with Stafford's back injury and SF's WR dearth, we have an opportunity to jump out to an early lead in the division race. I'm just sayin' ...

I'm upgrading to 9 wins. The O-Line looks better and MVS looked motivated in the P2 game, (nice down field block on the last play of Q1).

I'm stuck at 12, I think just removing some errors and staying healthy should be worth a couple more wins. Although the KC game instilled some confidence, I'm not fully convinced YET that the Offense is that much better than last.

Preseason games completed, please update your votes? You can change your vote to reflect your current thoughts on our coming season!

So much positives, the OL looks top 10, QB is three deep, DL was voted #1 by the league by media. To my eyes, our whole defense has top 5 as floor.

What are you expecting from Murphy this year? Dexter might be better than him.

Dexter might be better than him.

Based on opinions from front offices to coaches, from analytics to stats, Dexter is not 'might be better", but absolutely better, by a mile. Dexter is an all-pro, multiple times.

But, what do GM, scouts, coaches know about Murphy? Nothing! Compared to dot net experts, they don't know shyt!

Here, our dot net experts opined Murphy powered the resurgence of big cat, something Dexter couldn't. Murphy also fixed our run defense as a bonus.

McVay and Shanahan (spellcheck corrected to shanghai) have had an offseason to dissect MMacs D. I don't think they'll have it all figured out all the time, but they're pretty good head coaches and had little time for tape and scheme last offseason. I expect the Offense to be better but I think all division games will be tougher in 25. Seahawks split with SF and LA last year and swept AZ. This season, the division knows what's coming and has had time to gameplan.

I'm in the 9 or 10 win vicinity and on the playoff bubble. If the 25 playoffs come to be, this team could make a run.

After P3 i'm back down to 7 wins. This team is unbelievably thin on talent behind the starting line-ups. This team had better win some games early in the year.
7 wins? That's less than last year!

A lot of things aligned for the Seahawks last season. They were 1 of the healthiest teams. They won 2 games against a divisional opponent that was crippled by injuries. They won a game against a divisional opponent that rested their key players. They won a game against an opponent that was dangerous early in the season but had since imploded and was on a 9-game losing streak.

The Seahawks starters look good so things could be even better in 2025. However, relative to last season they've gone cheaper at QB1, WR1, WR3, & TE1. It could well be a transitional season.

Agreed! But, but but .....

Top 10 OL, from bottom 5. Schneider's genius level analysis that Geno, Metcalf and Lockett were the culprits that sunk the '23-'24 OL.

Upgrade at QB, after all bretherns here knew how geNO wasn't good. How we are three deep, Milroe, Darnold and my boy Lock.

Coming of age for Murphy, for this season, anything less than 10 sacks will be a disappointment.

Top of the league defense, even hateful media ranked our defense #1.

Tightness and cohesion from ownership down. Jody and Schneider are wearing his and hers matchy matchy outfits, Macdonald is a total Schneider guy, so is Kubiak, most of the Pete guys are cleansed This is a team spoke with one voice, that's how you win championships.

I watched them both every game. Dexter played better.
Help me with an objective opinion from the Bears board:
Odunze or Verse? I told them I would trade Odunze for Verse.

This isn't a top 10 O-Line. Sundell and Bradford might be good enough starters, but it's difficult to tell against limited preseason opposition. Jones looks to be a decent OL6. I have no opinion on Oluwatimi. Kight might be the best of the rest. As a comparison i'd rather have Leveston from the Rams at T rather than Jones. Leveston projects to be OL11 on the Rams depth chart. The Seahawks OL had better stay healthy.
