Should we just go for two!?

Obviously a bit of a stretch, going for 2 after every scoring drive. But, on a serious note, Jason Myers is becoming a problem we just don't need right now. There was a poll a bit ago asking if we should be looking for a replacement, I voted no. I'm questioning him now after 2 missed PAT's in back to back games.

I love points but the game doesn’t matter. Maybe he’s trying a few things. If it carries over to the regular season then I’ll hit the panic button

Gahhhh I dislike that mentality that the game doesn't matter cause it's pre season. Imagine putting your all into your craft for years to hopefully get hired by the company you want to work for. You end up going up against multiple people for the job trying to prove the same thing, that they belong. Please tell me how the game doesn't matter.

He’s no different than he was last year. He’s consistently done what he’s still doing which is being inconsistent

Sure , the game mattered . They all do. But if it mattered to the extent of playoff seeding ,they wouldn't have played who they played . Seattle basically beat their ass for most the game , had 4th and 5th string in and still lost by only a missed PAT.

What are we going to do when
They lose a regular season game ?

Way to totally, just TOTALLY miss the point. It's all good though. Play off seeding, rookies and walk on's trying to make the team in pre season...COMPLETELY different. That's a given, yes.

If I recall correctly, Browns lost both kickers during a regular season game and ended up going for two on every TD. I believe they won.

Not sure if I am remembering this right, but some professor wrote an article on how going for two on every TD is a better expected point value over the long run than kicking the XP.
