That's why I said coach in waiting. I'd have a hell of a lot more respect for Pete if he did something like that. Actually telling us it's his final year and the DC will be taking over.

Vrabel will have better options than being a coordinator under PC. That's for sure. He could sit back and bide his time until the right head coaching position became available to him.

Never been a Vrabel fan. His record isn't great and he's done some head scratching things in games. I agree he is likely heading to New England.

Vrabel going to DC from a HC may be a possibility but I’d assume he’d take a HC position first - dunno - maybe Seattle could entice an elite coaching squad
