The people getting paid bank by multi-billion dollar franchises with all the resources in the world often get it wrong too. The draft is hard.
True. Also all the mass media talking heads gravitate in to the same position as the draft gets closer. The ones who break the consensus tend to not be listened.

Levis had his supporters, such as Staton.

Levis looked amazing on some throws and also made some rookie mistakes. Tennessee's offensive personnel outside Henry and Hopkins are not very good and that certainly didn't help. I think he showed a lot of promise though, even in the loss. Vrabel has to keep starting him even if Tannehill is healthy IMO. They should also draft some players to help him out in this draft.

Right now, I rank him ahead of Bryce Young and Richardson. And way ahead of Malik Willis. Funny how the draft experts often get it wrong.
The real draft experts ( GMs) knew better the wanna be experts (sports media) knows as much as the average member on this board

Yeah, I'd rather have Levi's than Geno at this point. It's a gamble, but Geno is going to Geno lol. It's damn near 'couging' it at this point with Geno lol. Happy for the win and the fact that he made some plays in the 4th quarter to get the win. But he will never be the answer to win the big game unfortunately. I'd be ok if his performances were coming from a rookie only because rookies would be learning.

I think Levis is going to be legit. Granted, he makes his share of mistakes, but he is just a rookie and Tennessee doesn't have the offensive weapons around him that the Seahawks have. I think we should have grabbed him.

Where is @SonicHawk! Kidding but I still wish Seattle had drafted him, he may not turn out but so far I like what I see. He just feels like a kid Pete would have worked well with.

Better than Young I'll give him that. Malik Willis on the other hand....Titans will likely let Levis start next year so it'll be interesting to see how he does after a full camp and prep at starter. He was the qb3 coming into the season. Not sure if we will be a jag but maybe taking a shot at a qb in mid round is the thing to try now.

Levis looks like he has something. But he better learn real quick to stop putting his shoulder down all the time. As a QB, you gotta' know when to get out of harms way. He's going to last 5 or 6 years tops if he keeps this up. It reminds me a Jake Locker. Good player, good kid, but played with the mentality of a safety (which he actually also played in HS)
It caught up to him real quick.

It's weird how much glee fans get out of trying to own other Seahawks fans by calling their own players trash.

Absolute toxicity
Our front office/coaching staff rolling out Geno Smith as its starting QB rather than ever addressing it in the draft is absolute toxic team management.

Yet again, we are in agreement. Calling our own players trash or worthless..........how productive.
As opposed to internet coaches who probably have never played a down of organized football past Jr. High.
