Shanarat and Snyder have ruined Bob. He can no longer move, thanks to the cheap owner not having a decent field to play on and getting him hurt. His "coach" values his own burgundy colored face above that of his players, and has ruined him.

He can't move, he is wildly inaccurate because he doesn't even set correctly, and due to their mismanagement of the salary cap, they can't even have a line worth a crap.

That entire organization is a complete and utter mess.
