As head coach, I demand that Darrelle Revis play zone instead of lock down Man to Man. I don't care how much he makes per year. He has to play in MY system.

Also because I'm an ex-college coach, I have no idea what the hell I'm doing schematically in the NFL.

I miss Rutgers.

I'm game planning for an island somewhere in the Caribbean. I'm a genius, so I think he would be most effective there. Can't wait for gametime!!!

For some reason, Bucs fans REFUSE to call me by my REAL name. So I chose to speak to you guys with what I think is the coolest sounding name that they have given me (I don't like some of the other names they call me).

The only problem with the name I'm using now, is that Buc fans tend to put emphasis on the first syllable.

But it still sounds cool (thumbs up)!

Hi Coach Shitano. Two questions:

If you had Russell Wilson on your team, would you run him out of town to play Mike Glennon like you did Josh Freeman in an attempt to overthink the QB position in exactly the same fashion that NCSU once did?

Also, can you talk to Domenik or the Glazers or whoever and bring back the creamsicle unis and the pirate with the cutlass in his teeth on a full-time basis?

Those two things are:

1) My Gapped Teeth

2) My SCRAWNY 3rd round QB (I love my hand picked QB. Josh Freeman had to go)

I don't get into what the players eat in the dining facility, I just make sure that they sign in and sign out when they do enter and exit (real talk).

Doug Martin is injured. He was my saving grace. I tried to run him into the ground (and apparently, I did so).

We have a couple of other no-name backs that can produce flashes, but nothing consistent like Doug.

Too bad our OL has been eating so much Swiss Cheese, because according to the old saying, "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT".



My punter will be crucial in this upcoming game. He will be getting a LOT OF WORK.
