Obviously, the Seattle win must come first, but after that we can:
-clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with an SF loss/tie + NO loss or...
-clinch the division and a first-round bye with an SF loss

We were on the brink of losing against the Bucs and Rams, so it's definitely a doable task for them. Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but just a cool thought.
