Hell no. There is more to being a HC than being a good coordinator. I especially don't trust people coaching under Pete, because he's very hands on -- much like Belichick. He's only a second year coordinator and with the Rams he was only in a limited role.
There is a monumental difference between being a solid coordinator and a HC. Just look at folks like Fangio, and McDaniels

AHHHH NO, you want to get rid of Pete for taking a "REBUILDING" team and has them playing like this. Maybe in 3 or 4 years after Pete gets 2 more SB's.
