I don't understand it either. Then on air rules guy even said something like "it hit the ground and didn't move much." Either it didn't move at all (which I guess is their reasoning) or it moved a little and it wasn't a catch.

I don't care what team catching the ball - the ground shouldn't be helpful in making the catch like it was here. Why are announcers always looking at slow motion replay and talking about relievers getting their hands under thr ball between the turf if it doesn't matter if it touches the ground?
The rule is based on player control of the ball. If the ball is moving in the players hands when the ball contacts the ground, as was the case in this instance, it should have been ruled incomplete. Had the ball never touched the ground it should have been ruled a catch even though total control was not gained until the player was rolling over.

Did people HONESTLY think that Cryler would get it done when it mattered? I certainly didn't. Wasn't shocked in the least that he choked, again.
Also, if there's anything close in a Rams game, the refs will help them anyway. This isn't something new. Shoot, they were handed a SB birth against the Saints.

someone has yet to explain to me logically how that wasn’t using the ground to assist in the catch.. therefore making it incomplete
I think this is that old "Burt Emanuel" rule. If the ball touches the ground but does not move it's a catch. I was looking for any sort of movement, rotation at all after the ball touched the turf (pleading for it to be honest) but couldn't see it and realized it was going to be complete.

There was an interesting stat posted what happened with Kyler and the cards record after call of duty part 6 was released...it wasn't great.

I bet. He just doesn't seem to have that passion for football. His body language is still pretty bad. Once he starts pouting, it's pretty much over.

It was that not going for the field goal in the first, and that Nacua short on that 3rd down catch. Those refs didn't even attempt to review that play. I was sitting at home and I saw it was short. Rams are trash and there gonna get annihilated in the playoffs. Their team is complete garbage. There in because the NFL higher ups have a hard on for the Rams for whatever reason.
