Is anyone else worried Rivers is going to light us up like he usually did dispite not playing since 2020?

Or is that just my Seahawks PTSD?
No , its not Seahawks PTSD. I had the same thought. Then we would get to see highlights for the next year of that dildo carving up Seattle.

Probably mic'd up 😆

If I remember one thing about Rivers, it's that he could generally get the ball out quickly. But it may not help much. I thought this was a stunt. Now he's starting? I wouldn't want to be part of the Colts offense on Sunday.
Exactly. I hope our team is pissed at the idea. I have zero doubt. With old leadership this game probably goes to overtime. Win and rest for Thursday.

Three weeks ago this game looked so much different….

It should have shown Rivers with a larger midsection, lol.

I think the Colts are going to treat this game like a preseason game to get Rivers ready for their last three games. If he plays, it's to get him acclimated to the speed of the game. Shane Steichen is probably thinking that if he plays Riley Leonard, it's a loss anyway, and might as well get Rivers some game action before the play some games they have a chance of winning.
They will hand it off 777 times.

Against this defense?! After not having played let alone put on pads for 5 years??
THIS, exactly this. It's not like he's been practicing at all to get back in the game the last 5 years. It takes a while to get back into game shape, especially after 5 years. I have absolutely no doubt that the Seahawks will win by 25+ and rest their starters by the 4th.

Orlando, FL...for good.
Talk about comparing apples and gottdamn kiwis or dragonfruit or some shit.
 You missed the entire point. I wasn't saying Rivers is on par with Brady for skill, just that a 43-and-a-half-year-old guy won a Super Bowl, and furthermore, still played at a pretty high level at that age, and it's POSSIBLE Rivers could look pretty good against us.

It's also possible that one of us wins the PowerBall Lottery.

It's not going to happen.

Rivers will get destroyed.

Hawks will dominate and win, and we will go 11-3 going into Thursdays big game against the Rams.

There is, nor will there be, any other outcome.

The best-case scenario for Rivers is to come out of this game without injury.

GO HAWKS! 😤💪
