that looks bad. hit by frank clark
hopefully he's ok
He's been sacked a lot ... for ten years. Brain damage/CTE is cumulative. Wilson has looked lost all season. As early as the 1st game in Seattle, I posted here that he looked concussed. It seems likely that there were incidences that were missed with all those sacks. His inability to think quickly, proceed through reads, pre-snap reads that result in delay of game penalties, lack of pocket awareness... could all be a result of CTE.
I hope he gets some real 3rd party medical counseling and testing and imaging as opposed to relying on League, team and Team3 experts that are proven very biased.
I never want to see any player injured but there is some delicious irony that he was knocked out by a former Seahawks player, but especially by the player the team couldn’t afford to keep b/c of RW’s contract.
I hope he’s able to immediately recover and is able to play out the rest of the year. After all so far the team will get the 2nd and 34th picks in the draft. We need him to keep up the good work.
He would not have got the first down with a 'give er up' feet first slide. In a risk vs reward situation, risk won this battle.I hope he's ok, I don't want to see any player get hurt. He shouldn't have dived head first like that though, he normally slides feet first and doesn't take chances like that but I think he wanted to win so bad he took a chance there and landed on his face.
