Willie Lampkin as FB

With Willie Lampkin going undrafted, I'd definitely kick the tires on this guy as a potential FB. He was OL but is severely undersized at 5'10" 280lbs. Just like that TE we drafted we can try him out at FB ... Food for thought.

I mean why not but they undoubtedly sold out for Outz to be that dude using a 5th on him and Outz is more versatile in that role.

Wouldn’t mind nabbing him up and seeing him at OC though or even see what he can do at NT.

UNC is in my area and have seen a lot of Tar Heel football Lampkin might appear under sized but was never beat and is very twitchy for a IOL getting to the 2nd level with ease. If signed as a UDFA I would expect him to make the team as an C/OG not a FB

The closest I got to Charlotte was when I was staying at an extended stay hotel near UNC at Charlotte ( the 49ers)

If you like good BBQ and don’t mind traveling a bit north I highly encourage The Smoke Pit in Concord which is about a 30 minute drive up I-85 from Charlotte. They also have them in Monroe, Gastonia and Salisbury. I had a hard time finding good brisket in NC when they say BBQ in NC it’s always pork
