Nah, I love it. It sucked, sure, but it doesn't mean it will next year. More football, more playoff games, I'm in.

I'm just glad someone will have to lose between the Rams and Eagles. True, someone will have to win too, but I'm trying to be a "glass half full" type of guy.

I was disappointed in the lack of competitiveness. Of the 6 games, all but one had at least a two TD margin going into the 4th quarter. But I did get a kick out of Hairball's Chargers getting beat by an inferior Texans squad. And the Devil inside me chuckled at Russell's Steelers getting bounced, ending the season on a 5-game losing skid. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

The best game by far was the Bucs-Commanders, with the Commanders place kicker doinking in the winning chip shot FG. Flashbacks of Blair Walsh. I had some bragging rights riding on that outcome as in my Pick-um league, my closest opponent had picked the Bucs. I got a good belly laugh out of that one.

Commanders and Bucs played a good game. Commanders could have pulled away earlier in the game, but the Bucs also could have edged them out for a win by forcing at least one punt or avoiding turning over the ball.

Goes to show you that playing solid football is usually enough to win a game and that is what the Commanders did.
