Why didn’t the Seahawks cut Anthony Bradford?

He'd the worst player on a really good OL, of course he's going to look bad compared to thr people next to him. He's one of my favorite players, when he makes a mistake he really goes all in and it brings the laughs.
That said, he doesn't let a bad play get to him, he keeps going out and busting his @$$ (unlike some dudes *coughreekcough*). That's commendable work ethic and shows the coaching is working.

Would I be shocked if he's not a starter or eventually gets snipped? Nah. Would I replace him? Hell yeah. But replacing a starter, with a starter isn't always possible. Like others have stated, trust JS/MM...they know what's up.

Yes. That’s not to say he’s not a phenomenal player.

People seem to grade him as a 90% to 95% player. I think he more in the 80% to 85% range, even when allowing for his lack of NFL experience.

That’s still a heck of a good score, and he has promise to become elite, but people talk as if he is already elite, which he isn’t.

There is at least one play on those popular Bradford “flub” reels from last year that was on Zabel, not Bradford.
The good, our savior LG:

The bad, we traded his sorry ass.
9891
The ugly, a must trade according to some experts on .net:

9889

Seems like a lot of obsessions with bashing a player who just got done winning a Ring. A player that our coach clearly believed enough in to have him play thru the season. We just drafted a beast who can take over when needed. For now, he's who we have.
He got better as the season went on, clearly.

Why would you cut your best player making hardly anything on a contract year?

It's fine for us to point out he has a ring and is the champ but I hope he doesn't derive any arrogance over that status.

Gotta keep challenging yourself and keep improving or you'll get overtaken pretty quick. Hope he brings the heat in his contract year.

He seems like a good dude, and he has mentioned hearing the noise from the fans. He accepts it, he says some of it is justified. Not too many athletes who are humble like that. He's a Seahawk, I want him to be great. Does he make me nervous, absolutely.
But people act like he's just some scrub. Coach Mike strongly disagrees.
