Is he not free to look for work elsewhere given that the Commanders don't have a Head Coach? Or is he contracted to whoever their new HC is?
Perhaps, if he doesn't get promoted in Washington now that most of the main candidates are taken, we should consider him.

The things we let irritate us. I’m fine with whatever - MacdoNald works too
It doesn't affect me one bit. Reality is some people are offended when their name is spelled wrong or pronounced wrong. It's simply a sign of respect.

Location
Roy Wa.
Vrabel would not be bad, seasoned coach with HC experience to guide him with the organizational stuff. If he doesn't go to Washington he will be available.

Is there any reason to discuss current OCs and DCs to be ours? People keep doing it but unless I’ve been misinformed lateral moves of employed coordinators are not allowed Without some sort of permission or trade etc.

I would be okay with Don "Wink" Martindale as DC a former Raven guy that is looking for a job and I like adding Kellen Moore as OC pairing a young OC with a young defensive minded HC

Think Wink already signed elsewhere.

Yeah, potential sticking point, just have to wait for Jerruh to officially fire Quinn. Like I said, if that's who Macdonald decides he wants, JS will find a way to make it happen. I'd expect more that Macdonald has his own ideas about guys he wants as DC and DQ is not on his list. Kafka might be a 50-50 proposition, really no idea.
Can't see Quinn coming back to Seattle. Would almost be like inviting Pete back and Quinn hasn't done particularly well without the LOB, Shanahan or Parsons. Even with Parsons, his defense looked horrible in the playoffs. Not that he'd be running his own defense anyway, but I'm sure MacDonald plans to bring his own man.

Minter went to the Chargers with Harbaugh.

I doubt it makes sense to bring Quinn in to run a different system than the one Macdonald created in Baltimore. Probably better to bring in Orr or Wilson from the Ravens staff.
