I just have the NoGain later inning nerve index to contend with. I wanted one more stud to make me less nervous. That's all.
I agree, I was hoping they would get a big bullpen arm at the deadline.

My guess is the M’s expect Santos back and with Miller’s return to the rotation it could push Logan Evans to the bullpen. Can never have enough bullpen arms.

I almost forgot Santos was still a Mariners pitcher, he's been out so long. IF he could stay healthy, he actually was pretty damn good before we got him.

That absolutely IS his personality. Ask any Arizona fan, they'll tell you that's just who he is. He's intense.
I owned up to being wrong about JP, and I loved being wrong. Still waiting for someone who claimed "he won't help this team" to crow up.

I was stoked when they traded for him. He's actually even better than I anticipated. Talk about an all-around baseball player.
Julio could learn a LOT about base running from Naylor. Brain farts are unacceptable when it comes to base running.

Say what? Someone said that about Naylor?

Yep, I'm half teasing the person, but yes, someone said he won't help this team.

I gotta know who said it?

Naylor has done more in 11 games than Solano and Tellez did in 100. Anyone who knows anything about baseball knows Naylor is better than those two combined.

Any game time predictions?

The Red Sox signed a rookie for 139 million dollars or so. Sigh

Naylor was awesome.....Good Vibes Only.

I haven't looked at the numbers (and I know Geno had a great game last night) but it feels like Naylor has been more impactful than even Geno.

Yup. Love the two out hitting, stringing hits together, getting some more confidence at the plate against a weaker Sox team. Bravo! Rangers and Astros both losers today, too.
