I thought today would have been a big momentum win, going 5-4 at the top of the division into the bye week with a chance to get healthier, practice longer, correct mistakes. There was a lot to be hopeful about today. JSN...OMFG! The defense improved a bunch. The bad was just so hideously bad it painted over the good.

I'm a little surprised that the D didn't lose heart and fold up the tent after those picks.

It would have been a big momentum win, honestly. That's why it's so frustrating.

This team is, shockingly for me to say after such a painful loss with so much stuff that went wrong, better than our record.

I'm not on the fire Macdonald bus (I'm not even on the fire Grubb bus... yet). It's a lot to ask a first year HC, a first year OC, and a first year DC to nail this down. But our coaching has let us down in some ways that are so damn disheartening.

I'm still trying to come up with the last loss (not the effing SB loss which is in a category by itself) where my head was about to explode at how many chances we had to win a game and either shot ourselves in the foot or couldn't make a play that it was in our favor to make.
