Allen would be fun to have but he's not going to fix what ails us. I think most of us, including the Seahawk org. itself, are pretty satisfied with our D. Now we need similar play from the O-side, and that will require the same attention the D was given, if we are to attain balance. Our offense is currently running on fumes, smoke and mirrors. The influx of Okung, Breno and Harvin will be huge, but the line is going to require real players that can step in when injuries occur...as they so frequently do.

The good news is even when unhealthy, we are winning. Last year we benefitted from a comparatively injury free season and that hid many of our inadequacies. No hiding this mess. We get our tackles back and that should get us through the year, then it's all about ASJ and the O-line, IMO.

Told ya! Schefter is a complete joke
You have no way of knowing the real truth or what happened. Perhaps the Hawks had initial discussions with the Vikes (leading to Schefter's tweet) and then ultimately bowed out due to the asking price, etc. (leading to Glazer's tweet). It *is* possible for them both to be 'correct' at different points in time during this process.

with only $2M and change in cap left, there really isn't.
