What Are The Best RSS Feeds For Up-To-Date Seahawks News?

As per title I'm looking for suggestions for RSS feeds so I can get a quick fix of the latest Seahawks news.

Of course Seahawks.net is the place to go for discussion and news when I have the time to spend, but sometimes I just need, like I said, a 'quick fix'.

I use newsnow. I like it because as well as Seahawks news it then lists nfc west and then NFL news.

I've been on the internet since 1991, so know how to search. My efforts, though, yielded very few and unsatisfactory results. That's why I posted here, hopefully to get some good info from folks who should know best, not to get some childish B.S. Your responses lead me to believe that you don't even know what 'RSS Feed' even means. So, yeah, 'thanks' for making my first ever post here so worthwhile.

It was a factually plain and helpful tip. An RSS feed isn't as good a way to get maximum Hawkage.

I misinterpreted what you wrote. In the computing world telling someone to Google it, and especially giving a link to search results is akin to RTFM (Read The freaking Manual), or 'just do it yourself!'.
