What a Seahawks trade for DE Ryan Kerrigan could look like
I wrote an article a couple of days ago about 5 players the Seahawks could pick up from free agency to fill the void. All 5 of those players would help fill the void, they would all make the team better. However, none of the 5 would necessarily be a splash acquisition.
That brings me to this article. What if I were to tell you there is a team that is so stacked on the defensive line that a star player has become a rotational cog. This player getting moved to the bench wasn’t because of lack of production, but rather due to the sheer amount of talent on that side of the ball.
This team is the Washington Football Team. This player is none other than Ryan Kerrigan. Seattle would be wise to see what Washington would want to bring Kerrigan to the Pacific Northwest. He is one of the most accomplished pass rushers over the last decade and has shown very little sign of slowing down.
