Orlando, FL...for good.
IMHO I think playing the Niners absolutely favors us for the following reasons:

1). Divisional Team
2). How many more teams do we hate more than anyone in the league? For me..NONE
3). I think being the 49ers makes it personal for the players and anything less than a win would be unacceptable. The hunger to kill the other team is strong with this team.
4). The very thought of losing and having to watch Purdy's victory f'kn dance on every network would be enough for a person to jump off a bridge.
5). We would never live this down plus the fact it would shut up the Niners fan base would be a reward in itself.
6) Insert your own reasoning here.
IMO, #1 is flawed. Even Brady & the Patriots had some inexplicable losses to bad divisional opponents over the years, while I love the rivalry and such, listing the fact that they are a divisional team as an advantage for favoring us to win is misguided, I think. :)

I agree that divisional opponent isn't germane, I'm not even sure how you would quantify the effect given that every playoff game featuring a divisional opponent has both a divisional winner and a divisional loser, but wasn't brady 90-22 vs the rest of the AFC East? I think he was 1-1 vs divisional opponents in the playoffs, though.
