There's a bunch of stuff to talk about. But I have to say that I was really impressed by Cam Ward today. They've got a keeper. Our defensive front had their ears pinned back the whole second half and had him under tremendous pressure, yet he made plays all by himself.
You sound like my brother 🤮

I like that we didn’t turn the ball over. And Sam took a sack, funny to think of that as a good thing…

We had the scrubs in the whole 4th quarter. Not real upset that they ran a decent 2-min offense on us, we forced four 4th downs on that last drive alone. Nice heroics from Ward, but if it mattered, we could have shut them down.

So we played clean and controlled the game wire to wire, next step is to do it with greater intensity.

We have a defensive coordinator??
Ye, after like 5 or 6 4th conversions, things got rather concerning. Our pass rush needed to get home and get him on the groupd a couple of those times.

Ugly game, lot of dudes on D went into cruise control around 30-17. Riq especially, my god man does he not do anything to help himself with the lazy accusations. Multiple plays I saw him just jogging as the Titans got yards around him. Couple chances to get a stop and missed the tackle. Dude just doesn’t have the killer mentality and probably never will.

Offense puttered around too much as well. Flashes of excellence but there has to be a second guy behind JSN.

I suspect this is the last season we see Woolen in seahawks uniform. He just does not play Macdonald football, and coach is not one to put up with slackers. He'll probably be in Las Vegas next season, Carroll loves soft players wIth no discipline.

I think it's silly to think not having Jones and Love doesn't have a legitimate impact.

Those are two of our most top impact players on defense.

Getting those two back will be a HUGE difference.
Absolutely 💯 cant be over stated what those two mean to this defense. Not to mention Reed plugging up the middle.

Why wasn't Rashid Shaheed targeted more? 🤔

He had just TWO the entire game.

You would think that with a team like the Titans, this would be the perfect opportunity to get him and Darnold more acclimated to each other, and develop more chemistry.

That won't happen if he's thrown to a total of 2 times.

Was that by design (Kubiak) or was that just because Sam was like "Screw that. I'm throwing this to JSN 'cause...he's JSN, beeyotches!"?

I mean we are 10 times better than at least the last 7 or 8 years. Sure the team has flaws and you can say no excuses but as someone who roots for this team, I say this team is performing at a pretty exceptional level and has legitimate excuses. Leave the no excuses to armchair analyst with no real analytical skills. Winning a 10am game on road in the East Coast is hard enough regardless of how or bad each team is. They also have a significant amount of injuries at quite a few key positions.
Agreed.

Not trying to pee on anyone's parade.

This team is likely 2 wins away from the top end of most reasonable expectations for this team. It wasn't projected to win a division or even come close. And few expected Darnold to be as effective as he has been. He has been tremendously accurate, but throws a lot of balls that either turn into picks or should turn into picks. You take the good with the bad. The defense is better than expected. Our RBs don't look nearly as bad as before. Our OL looks much better (when healthy). And we have one WR literally responsible for over half our offense. Plus the games are watchable.

This team is on pace to easily beat most expectations regardless.
