We went after guys with a Chip and something to prove, nastiness and aggressive. We also brought in guys that are going to fit rolls we will need.
I say this because we have went with some guys that are smaller in some positions to counter the quick receivers we have seen thrown at us lately, have to win the Division first and also with a Wilson clone in Arizona we need guys that can react and close quickly. We go all that in this draft if we need to change up packages.
We filled needs and added depth and competition in a lot of areas, we will be getting a few penalties of aggression this years as these guys learn how the NFL throws flags but I will take penalties of aggression as these guys learn, we will bring back the intimidation factor we have missed the last couple of years that gets in players heads when they start hearing footsteps.
On offense we have a couple guys that can help right away, Metcalf is something we have not had here EVER, that speed and size and ability if his head is right and is willing to be coached has no ceiling, last guy that even came close was Koren Robinson and he was a headcase.
Jennings can step in for Doug, has to learn to run routes and break better, sure hope Doug has a year to work with him, and our new Guard, we are not bad but we need health and youth there. This guy could be a big help in that regard. Prosise, guess what, we have your replacement on the roster now.
