It's not an attack, its a direct reply to your posts in this thread, two to me.
Distorting isn't lying. You took my post and replied you didn't understand how fans could be content. That's a distortion of what I was saying that you used to propel you narrative further.
It's not a clever it, so dont be daft about being called out on it. So get over the victimhood.
I don't think Wilson's contract is holding us back from being contenders because we are contenders. But you can't build a team like 2013s hawks, 2017 eagles, 2018 rams, 2019 chiefs, ked by qb play on a rookie contract.
Those teams had multiple stars at numerous positions because they had their star qb on a rookie contract.
So... you can get rid of the best player, go with a rookie qb and go big on FAs. Or, pay the qb and play with thin margins on many other fronts.
As far as facts, they're all over the board and forum. Given the number of player moves the hawks have made since 2015, its hard to say they're not ambitious. You want to say some moves have been bad ones, sure. Every team goes through that, again because of the thin margins
