I watch them along with most other NFL games (2009-2013) using NFL GameRewind, which costs $40 for the regular season or $70 through the playoffs and offseason.
GameRewind has a couple of nice features. There are no ads, and the full TV broadcast runs for about 2.5 hours. You can also switch it to Condensed mode, which only shows footage when the clock is running and typically lasts about 35-40 minutes. There is also a coaches film option which does not show up until a few days after the game, but is one of the only ways to look at secondary match ups or line play without being there in person.
The biggest negative to GameRewind is that you cannot use the service when other NFL games are playing live, as the NFL does not want to compete with itself. This includes most of Sunday, Monday Night and Thursday Night.
