Name recognition doesn't necessarily translate to popularity, at least not in a positive sense. Did you read @SoulfishHawk 's remark? He's exactly right. There's a lot of posters in here that thinks DK sucks.

TO was a household name, too, but look how long it took him to get into the HOF. Any other player with his numbers would have been inducted years earlier.
