Well teams that got new coaches have staffs that need homes, Mac knows his Baltimore guys and what they can do, our defense will not be taking a step back, glad Scott is staying as well, our DB's will get better also.

The fun and loyalty of the coaches and players here will say a lot to those we ask to come and join it.

We have been a go to spot since Holmgren, under Pete we were a Fun and Freindly, Mac adds 12 as 1 meaning everyone is important.

We HAVE to get better as a team just to remain competitive in our division. let alone get to the next SB.

This is a good solid addition which will only make the team stronger.

Orr is a good coach and may get snagged elsewhere after this upcoming season but he will help MM make the D even stronger.
