Only Sark can help SC now.

Miami? About damn time. That's a program that has taken cheating to an entirely new level and has done so, with just minor abrasions, for the past 30+ years. When the coaches not only encourage their players to cheat, but actually help them to cheat and steal (Pell grants), that's a problem program. Good riddance U.

I'm so embarrassed for the USC program, I just can't pile on them at this time. I actually hope for their recovery and already miss their patented arrogance. Seriously.
Dude, you are clearly the biggest troll on .NET. I love your posts but they are wildly over the top...

Care to elaborate on all this cheating Miami has done over the years? Maybe you could also provide some context by comparing the U to other colleges and their "cheating" problems. .

Troll? You talk some smack for someone that knows so little about the game.

Miami's cheating, with the assistance of their football staff, in obtaining Pell grants for supposed needy student / athletes is very well documented. One player, who received these benefits, admitted the coaches helped him fill them out, even though he informed them his dad made close to $200k per annum.

Whether other teams cheated or not has absolutely no bearing on Miami's guilt. Anyone that knows college football is well aware that the U did nothing to discourage thuggery and there's tons of evidence that players were also getting paid in addition to other inappropriate benefits from booster Nevin Shapiro. This is why I posted "about damn time" right before you created a post that celebrated your ignorance....and piss poor manners.

This is your entire case, thuggery (subjective term) and an isolated scandal that took place 19 years ago? Dozens of major scandals have occurred throughout D1 programs over the last 20 years. Based on your elephantine memory I'm guessing you're still raging about SMU and Craig James.

Miami has had its scandals, no question, but they are not disproportionate compared to other schools. They are merely better publicized because the media requires its villains.

But what do I know? I am only a University of Miami alum who had season tickets for twelve years until I moved to the Northeast. Clearly you are much more an expert on Hurricane football. You could probably teach JSeahawk a thing or two about Oregon as well...

LOL. You're alumni and you don't know your own history? It looks like things remain the same at the U. You failed to address Nevin Shapiro. Why's that? And when you attacked my post that stated YOUR cheating has went on for 30+ years, you didn't think we might be talking a bit of history? Why are you being sanctioned now...is that because of your ancient history of cheating, or is because of something a bit fresher? The reality is your U has a history of thuggery, so yes, that essence will come into conversation. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

Next time google the subject, before attacking the messenger. You asked me for reasons behind my post, I gave them and you have no way of discounting my reasons as they are truth. So now that we agree, what was so "over the top" or "troll" like about my points that you finally decided to research, before learning to be truth?

How much does the U pay you to troll football forums, anyway?

Nevin Shapiro is a convicted felon, a con man who ran a $930 million ponzi scheme, and a proven liar. To bring up his name and claim anyone has to answer for him or to answer his numerous bogus accusations is a clear indication of bias or ignorance, only you know which.

Huh? You started off making sense then it all went to hell on you.

You do understand this "convicted felon, a con man who ran a $930 million ponzi scheme, and a proven liar" was a major booster / player with the U, right? A guy that spent his stolen millions hiring prostitutes and strippers for illicit parties to host both recruits and active players, while lining pockets all in the name of "THE U"?

"To bring up his name and claim anyone has to answer for him or to answer his numerous bogus accusations is a clear indication of bias or ignorance, only you know which".

Please explain your comment above if you would. It makes you (r post) sound stupid so I want you to have a chance to clean it up a bit. Reporting facts that are easily accessible by anyone that's ever heard the word GOOGLE would not fall under the categories of "bias or ignorance". Did you learn the use of those words while at the U?
