Why do teams switch sides after each quarter?

Are hashmarks simply to keep the plays within a certain range for the field goal attempt?

Are cheerleaders still relevant?

Why can’t every play be challenged (as long as you still only get two per game)?

Why do we still need a silly extra point? Why not make TDs automatically 7 points?

BONUS ROUND

Why do I dream I am playing for the Seahawks in my early twenties at 180 pounds only to wake up depressed when reality sets in?

Why is a parkway where you drive and a driveway where you park?

I think the hashmarks are to keep the ball somewhat centered .

I've always thought a team should get 2 challenges per game ..period , to be used anytime .

Switching sides might have to do with getting equal windage, sunlight , fans getting to have access to have the team come towards them?

I gave up on my dreams of being a Seahawk about 6th grade.

I think cheerleading has changed 😆
