I would just like for you to give me some examples of a GM who doesn’t have any misses or regrets on missing out on players in the draft, or even FA signings. I’ll give you all the time you need.

The last couple drafts have been pretty damn good. They let drafting for need come to the forefront instead of BPA. The last couple years they have gone back to BPA. It’s promising and encouraging.

I get your points and you may end up being right. I’ll stick to the optimistic approach rather than your chicken little approach.
Matt...you're always gonna get those "glass half empty guys", no way around it. Personally, I find it too depressing and try to be more "glass half full" kind of person. I've got enough crap going on in my life to be a downer about this team.

As much as I love your name(I am a huge Sonics fan from back in the day an it comes dangerously close to many of my passwords) I couldn't disagree more. DK was a physical specimen who just couldn't seem to put those physical tools to effect on the field. If he caught the ball with a path to the end zone then he was great...but he didn't high point the ball, box out, make people miss or was especially hard to tackle. That isn't worth being paid top 3 WR $$ in the league. I wouldn't be surprised if Kupp ends up with better numbers than DK this year. The Darnold/Geno debate is a good one, only time will tell. If Geno is really getting $45 mil per year than I gotta say that Darnold at over $10 mil per year less and 7 years younger is the better option. One big difference between the 2 is completion %. Geno was the master of accurate, short passes and actually deep dimes as well. He throws a great ball. Darnold let the league in passes that were 20+ yards in the air but you have to factor that he had JJ at the end of alot of those passes. Of course Geno's % would be better. The difference between their completion % last year equated to just a bit over 1 more pass completed per game...
Right! I really like DK. But he shoulda high pointed the ball like Larry and ran over people like kittle and ran past people like Randy. I’m still waiting

It's as if Sam threw the ball to no one else.....oh wait.

Jefferson had caught 22 passes for over 20+ yards last season.

In the 2024 NFL season, Sam Darnold had 51 passes that went for 21-30 yards and 39 passes that went for 31+ yards

So it wasn't JJ that was at the end of "alot" of those passes.

What Sam did well was Spread The Ball Around which I expect him to do here.
