I've noticed a lot of times our RB's wait for geno to come to them then they go.. and end up meeting defenders... why do our RBs not run up to geno?

That's how some run plays operate

so they just never work at last those... when charbs today has ran up to geno to snag it, no problem but when geno turns around and runs like 3 steps to charbs whos waiting for geno... the run play is blown up...
