Everyone here trusted Jody to run the franchise for all these years; it's easy to trust her to sell to someone who will make all of us happy. She isn't just going to go with the highest bidder; she will make sure the winning bidder conforms to her and our wishes.
Fear not, the team is and will remain in good hands.
I've been hearing she's required to sell to the highest bidder. I don't know that she can be as discriminate as you're suggesting.

Yes. I dont believe there is a possibility where a signifigantly lower bid could surpass a higher one. That would probably even be against some regulation.

And Yes, as many have pointed out, this whole thing sucks. It brings uncertainty at a time that should only be about celebration and looking forward to great things.

Buy it with what money? Isn't she basically just the manager of Allen's estate?
Yes, she is the trustee. While compared to you and me, she is very wealthy, she is not a billionaire.

Waiting this out is going to suck. At this point, there's no telling who the new owner could be. And, as everyone knows, a shitty owner can drag the team down to the bottom of the league and keep them there.
