Kirk Cousins has been a top 10 QB for awhile in the NFL. He's most definitely above average and has been for a long time. Ultimately, I don't know how much better you get as a team with him on the roster.
75% of statistics cited on the internet are made up as the poster types it.

Cousins average? What are folks smokin'? He's bordering elite! He's got a 98.2 career passer rating, never thrown more than 14 ints in a season starting and never thrown less than 25 TDs.
Not saying I want him, age and injuries are what I worry about, but his level of play is what we need!

To me, anywhere between 7th and 23rd is average. Anything better is good, anything worse is bad.
Cousins is probably a second tier QB, albeit probably one of the best if not the best of the second tier.
His last full season, 2022, he was less than average. 92.5 passer rating. Got sacked a lot, but still.
