That first drive was pretty much everything about this game. The Packers easily marched down the field and controlled the game from that point on.
I had such hopes for this game since this team badly needed a signature win this season and this wasn’t going to be it at all….
As far as a measuring stick, Seattle didn’t just lose, Seattle was exposed to clearly not being on a big boy playing field.
What’s worse is Seattle was hyped up all week and the NFL, I’m also guessing, wanted Seattle to be good again, nope, failed that as well, on a national level…..
Embarassing…..
This offensive line was beaten by an ugly stick….who are we kidding….????
Seattle has not fixed its offensive line for a decade and why should we expect last night to be any different, hell, this next game against the Vikings might be over as soon as it begins….
The defensive line which looked great recently was nowhere to be found….just a complete 180 turn since looking somewhat formidable but now it’s clear, against sub 500 teams, Seattle, can look “good” but against actual “good” teams, Seattle is junior varsity…..
Unless, Schneider and company, completely has a 180 in offensive line drafting prowess, Seattle and the Macdonald era may also live and die by the strengths or weakness of the offensive line….
The defensive line was also nowhere near a finished product, it was just too easy for Green Bay and that is deplorable….
Seattle cannot hang with the big boys and it clearly, clearly, unequivocally, shows…..
Godspeed…..
