In general, if you're talking a bout the upper level, the first 4 rows are down below the tunnel exits, so when you come out the upper concourse tunnels, you'd have to step down to rows A, B, C, and D with A being closest to the edge. Row E is usually the row of seating that is on the aisle that wraps around the stadium. Then row F is the front row of seats that begin the climb into the nose-bleeds. and yes the alphabet starts over after row Z with AA, BB, etc.
Hawknballs is right but to add 1 more thing
It goes from a-z and then aa- ? There are less rows in the sections near the end zone 300 or 319 and more rows in the sections near the 50 yard line. There's not much of a difference in number of rows though
For a detailed look of any section, find any Seahawks game on Stubhub, then zoom in on the seating chart area. It will tell you explicitly how the rows are set up for each section. I know agree it's super frustrating!
