Just a guess as we have no idea how our offense will perform this season.

I do think our defense will surprise to the upside. Just hope either Atkins signs for this year, or after the first regular season game.

TY. Also hoping Nkemdiche gets on the regular roster and tears up O-lines this year. He is capable and seems to have the focus and motivation to show he belongs in the league.

So hard this season. We didn't get to see much of the actual team that we are fielding. New offense, New guys, etc. I'm very concerned about our CB clan. If they can't hinder outside receivers, then our pass rush will have a tough time being effective. I think it's going to take a few games to get going and for us to really see where the issues are. I'm guessing it starts slow, but we get to 11 or 12 wins.

As far as division, we have a tough road. The niners are a big question mark. If their QB play is solid and they can stay healthy, it will be tough. The rams look good as well. Cardinals, no idea.

After 3 games I will be much more confident in making a prediction. Right now, I'm just basing it on russ, front office and coaching.

The defense still have a few holes, the offense is learning a new system. This year should be a prelude to next season which could be great. But Pete and probably Wilson will be gone if this season doesn't excel, they don't have the luxury to prepare for next year. Hoping Pete will not mortgage the future by trade/signing over priced players for immediate success.

9-8 is my prediction.
