Lofa will get a few sniffs. The Cowboys have maybe the best 4 game a year LB's going, but someone has to play the remaining 12 games? Of course, he'd be a miserable failure there because I dont really like their interior players, the scheme fit, or general circumstance.

That's genius, E.C. I can't think of many other moments in Seahawks history that literally failed my expectations. Hass crushed me with that one and the Pick 6 to lose it. I flipped out after that one, that was one of the tougher ones.

pe, I love that you hold out hope for a Lofa return with the "is/was" bit. Once I saw seabowl's ill-advised post, I immediately a) knew that the jackals would come out to pick apart his carcass in a matter of minutes, b) thought of how tough it must be to be seabowl's first born son, and c) googled Lofa's name to see if he was trying out somewhere around the league.

Don't lose hope though. His wikipedia page says he's still a Free Agent. Apparently he hasn't officially called it quits yet and if he hasn't, then who I am to? Lofa for Seahawks LB Coach in '14 once Norton leaves to be a DC or Head Coach (Singletary style) somewhere after winning a ring with the Hawks.

So you are saying that he lived up to your expectations after signing his contract? Still see plenty of 51 jerseys being worn around by fans without the player being on the field the last few years. The question was "Seahawks which failed your expectations". I would say a player that showed his kind of abilities his first few years in the league who's career was over by age 27 would constitute failing at least my expectations.

But had we won that game. Hass would have been seen as a God for that line.

60 minutes of football to score more points. This was an overtime game, they played their butts off, and almost did the impossible, win a playoff game at Green Bay. Incredible game, Matt is by far one of the best Hawks ever, can't fathom why anyone would be dissapointed in him. Oh well, to each his own I guess.

Yup. I loved that moment, personally. The pick six sucked, but the open mic shit talking right after forcing overtime was epic.

Yep, it was ballsy. I loved it. Didn't work out, but if it had? Wow. Epic.

Jerry Rice. For the greatest of all time he was pretty average. Still don't know what i'm going to do with all my #80 Seahawk jerseys.

Anybody that doesn't think that line from Hasselbeck was awesome regardless of how it actually turned out deserves to lose some teeth. :thfight7:

I loved it when he said it. Nearly cried after what followed... Truly epic moment in being bold and stupid all at the same time.

I didn't like it, and I was sad after he threw it right to Harris (I believe thats who it was), my phone started ringing, my friends laughing, and then I dealt with it at school too from them.

Never forgive that bald bastard for it.

You think it will take two years? He might get added today.

Jerry Rice, Aaron Curry, Warren Moon (Never really did it for me), John Freisz (Thought he was the answer), Ricky Watters (too much wear on the tires), Ahman Green, Jerramy Stevens, and that dammned Marcus Tubbs.

Gotta be Koren. I don't think any of the other busts hurt us as much as he did. He would have been the ultimate X-Factor for us. If he had lived up to the talent, we would have been completely unstoppable and would have a couple of rings to show for it.
