Day 1 is in the books. We get Cross at OT. Not the flashiest pick but it probably was best available for what the needs were. It was an exciting rd1 draft overall with all the trades and big names on the move. Still some big names on the board and we have back to back picks. I wouldn't be angry with Ebiteke and Breese Hall with those picks. Think they keep the picks or move up or down? I'll watch tonight but rd4 to 7 I'm lost 😄.

Ps. Don't draft a qb with the rd2 picks please.....

If they aren't going to get a qb today, then trading back would seem plausible.

I know its probably too high but I'd like to see a rb if Carson is done. Could be a couple of game changers.

I'm always up for a good trade back story. There will be great prospects available into the later rounds this year and getting extra picks would be well worth moving down a few times.

If we stay put then I would like to see Travis Jones or David Ojabo at #40.

Ojabo could be a steal if they are willing to stash him for a year
I'd love this move. All healed, fresh and a year of NFL film study on his books? He'd be our 3rd 1st rounder next year and likely the best of the bunch (barring trade).

I'd also be happy with Mafe and/ or Gordon today and I'd be willing to throw in a 4th to move up so we could grab Breece Hall.

Imagine waking up tomorrow knowing your Hawks own the rights to Cross, Ojabo (Mafe / Gordon) and Breece Hall.

I hope for Ebiketie, Tindall, Lucas or Andersen. I hope keep #40 and trade down from #41 a bit for extra picks

Give me DE- Boye Mafe or Sam Williams please!

A small trade back for a few picks then OT- Abraham Lucas, and CB- Roger McCreary or Kyler Gordon.

I'd be FINE with Ojabo. They're decent enough at edge this year to justify waiting a year to reap the rewards of a top-15 talent with an investment of just 40 or 41 overall.
