When your Tackles (generally the most expensive Offensive linemen) are both 2nd year rookies, you should be cheapest.

This is a classic example why a lot of these comparative stats really don't mean anything out of context.

Drafting well is important.

Not all draft picks need to be homeruns. But if you can nab 2-3 starters per draft over three years that is about 6-9 starters which is huge if you think about it from a salary cap and cohesive team building strategy.
